1. Limited car parking is provided on site, and unrestricted on nearby public roads.

5. The centre of Newport City is approx 1 mile from the premises. The centre has a Shop Mobility scheme running.
6. The guesthouse is easily accessed by taxi or bus from the railway station.
7. The guesthouse normally accepts new customers from 1600 hrs, rooms to be vacated by 1000hrs, unless by previous arrangement.
8. There are two steps to the main entrance, access via another entrance needs only a small step to access.
9. Floor levels on the ground floor are all level, with doors entrances and corridors wide enough for wheelchair access.
10. The guesthouse has two en-suite ground floor rooms, with level access to the dining room.
11. Rooms are clearly signed with raised numbers.
12. Good colour contrast to walls, floors and doorways.
13. Room service can be made available by arrangement.
14. Dining room is spacious with a variety of seating arrangements.
15. Special dietary requirements can be catered for.
